~T’was the Twenty-Fifth…

photo

T’was the twenty-fifth of December
And my family and I got together,
Sang, cleaned, exchanged gifts,
While we celebrated our born Savior.

We had friends come to our house,
They filled it with laughter and cheer.
Though, my poor sick little brother,
Had to stay in bed all day – poor dear!

Thank You, O LORD for humbling Yourself.
Thank You for coming down to man.
Thank You for saving the unsavable,
Through Your own awesome, incredible plan!

Thank You for giving what I don’t deserve –
In so many versions, means, and ways.
Thank You that You’re always here and near
And will be for the rest of our days!

Thank you for being a tiny baby,
Lain in a stable in a bed of hay.
Thank you for all You have done forever.
Help me remember always, LORD – not just today!

To the KING be all the glory!

Just wanted to drop by and wish you and your family Merry Christmas!! I hope Joshua feels better soon, too. :( Hope you had a great day yesterday; I sure did over here. :)

    Lots of love, Jamie

      Merry CHRISTmas, m’dear!

I’m glad you had a good day! Most of us did. My poor brother though! I don’t think he remembers much of it! :(

I’ll try to send you a proper e-mail soon! :)
