On the Thirty-First Day of December …

– – –

‘Twas the thirty-first day of December,
And everywhere, high and low,
The decorations were gathered together
And into the boxes did go!

The ornaments, nativities and bows,
The tree and it’s accompanying light,
They were gone – gone ’till the next year –
Everything looked bare to the sight!

The family weren’t quite done with Christmas –
They still planned a movie or two,
They would probably sing a few songs.
But didn’t plan anything big and new.

So, thus ends my story of a family,
Who spent their month of December,
With joy and pleasant activities,
But always tried to remember:

The birth of their King as prominent –
As most important above all things.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these posts –
And smile or two, to you, it brings!

The End!

To the KING be all the glory!

Yes Jamie, that’s the end! – Well of the 31 days of December rhymes… I still plan to post about other things. :)

To the KING be all the glory!
