‘Twas the seventh day of December,
And the family spent their night,
Washing clothes at a Laundromat –
Machines seemed everywhere in sight!
Load upon load was cleaned,
An hour they took to dry!
A relief it would be when all was home
And in closets and drawers would lie …
To the KING be all the glory!
